Covenant Counseling was established in 1990 as a faith based, not for profit community agency with the mission of providing quality, comprehensive, and affordable mental health services.

Fees for Services
Most insurances and employee assistance (EAP) benefits are accepted.  Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.

Covenant Counseling is privileged to receive financial assistance and support from numerous churches, businesses and civic groups in the Lowcountry.  Contact us to learn how you can contribute or how you can volunteer to support our mission of providing affordable counseling services.

Staff
Our counselors are skilled professionals who hold advanced degrees and are licensed, assuring that you and your family receive quality and compassionate care.

Services
Individual counseling is provided for children, adolescents, and adults.  Premarital, marital, couples and family therapy is available.  Group therapy is also offered.

Adults and Families
Seminars and workshops are available on marriage and family issues, parenting, adolescents, blended families, depression, anger management, surviving job change/loss and retirement.

Children & Teens
Groups are offered to help kids understand and develop skills and coping strategies on issues such as ADD/ADHD, separation and divorce, peer pressure and school violence.

Clergy and Church
Services include consultation about troubled church members, dealing with church conflict, when and how to make referrals as well as seminars and support groups just for clergy and their staff.

Emotional Trauma
Interventions are available to help persons and groups cope with the emotional trauma caused by exposure to and /or involvement in a variety of situations such as disasters, accidents, crime and violence.
